I feel embarrassed sending this to friends and family because they all complain about it.Love the idea of this app, but it selected and uploaded photos that I hadn't selected from my gallery and I couldn't find a way to delete them without having to call the Bride and Groom to do it for me! There should be a review option before the photos are submitted!This app crashes constantly.

2. And theres no option to download a whole album rather than 1 picture at a time.Unfriendly app, would not allow us to upgrade from the free version after guests had started uploading photos.

3. We tried using the forgotten password button but it said there was no account for our email address so we have now lost all of our guests photos.The app doesn't always work when uploading and the customer service, well that's non-existent.

4. I cannot download images to my phone, I cannot upload video, you are limited on how many images you can upload at one time and friends and family have to upload to one album which make it unorganized.

5. Shocking service & false advertisement- 02/05/2023While the idea behind this app and the functionality is great, the speed and performance just doesn't match the cost to upgrade to the full versions.

7. Downloaded & paid to upgrade for our guests photos.

8. The reason I picked this company is because they use both the website and the app!Photos are NOT uploading as they should.

10. Personally, you'd be better off setting up a shared Google drive folder or similar.Had an issue logging in initially but having left a comment on here they contacted me and resolved the issue.

1. Fix Wedding Photo Swap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wedding Photo Swap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wedding Photo Swap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wedding Photo Swap" » Open Wedding Photo Swap » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wedding Photo Swap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wedding Photo Swap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wedding Photo Swap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wedding Photo Swap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wedding Photo Swap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wedding Photo Swap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wedding Photo Swap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wedding Photo Swap then reinstall.
