Why should I report an Issue with Swapparel - dress for the weather.?

1. Edit - I reinstalled and now can't get my pro version back.Bought the pro version to be sure but it seems that the clothes can only be put under one weather category even though you can select many when adding the piece.

2. Patterns could be added later too but for now it works nice enoughLove the idea, suggest adding options for shoes and separating tops into shirts, jackets, etc.

3. And without making the goal the app won't recomend clothes...so as of right now this app is useless.😡this app works but if I take a picture of a piece of clothing, for example my CLEARLY RED hoodie, the app thinks its black for some reason, it did this to most of my clothes.

4. For future updates it would interresting to be able to edit the picture or weather once the clothe is added.

5. I have all my clothes entered - probably 10 pants and 20 shirts - so I have no way of entering more tops and pants to achieve the goals.

6. It's about 40 F outside and I have over 50 clothes added and all it's telling me is I need 3 tops and 3 pants for 30-50 even though I definitely do.

7. But, when I go to edit a top or pant, it defaults to Celsius and has a temperature chosen that's different from what I set it as.

8. Maybe break-up the temperature intervals? (40-50,50-60,60-70?) It was 69° and the app was suggesting a sweater and jacket.

9. I'm currently having a bug where no clothes are being recommended.

11. I can't get past the location screen without an error that says "API: Status {statusCode=NETWORK_ERROR." It's not my network, I'm on wifi.

1. Fix Swapparel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Swapparel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Swapparel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swapparel" » Open Swapparel - dress for the weather. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swapparel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Swapparel - dress for the weather. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swapparel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swapparel - dress for the weather." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Swapparel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swapparel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Swapparel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swapparel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swapparel not working

2. Fix Swapparel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Swapparel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Swapparel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Swapparel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
