Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tulones Issues

1. Fix Tulones Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Tulones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Tulones App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tulones" » Open Tulones » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tulones » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Tulones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tulones servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tulones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Tulones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tulones might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Tulones. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tulones then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tulones not working


2. Fix Tulones Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tulones be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tulones not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tulones may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have 2 orders that was placed before Christmas & was hoping I get it by Christmas because it was some of my kids Christmas! I put the wrong email in & im not able to teach the orders ! Actually, it’s 2 orders instead of 1st The money for bothering orders has been taking off my card . I’ve ordered from you before & didn’t have a problem.

  • Hey I ordered yesterday Kelli Morgan some blue cargos small and a yellow trucker hat and I never got a confirmation email as I usually do. The only thing is you took the money out of my account. 100 plus shipping. Where is my shipping and confirmation email. I live in Atlanta and always have shipping by now.

  • I ordered a hoodie from you guys that went by the description money bag hoodie but when I received the hoodie it was the same color & size but a totally different hoodie/design from what I purchased they sent a tulones christmas hoodie that I don’t want and that I didn’t purchase.
