It's a well-designed app that prioritizes user experience.Very irritating notification sound...many of the times just notification sound..no notification appearing on phone screen..no option to lower the notification volume Just too irritating Again I am facing same issue....why dont you just add feature to app to minimize the notification volume...I had called for AC repair and service, initiallly the AC worked okay but within 1.5 months the cooling is not there at all, even after spending Rs 5000+ on the repair and gas refilling.

2. Before booking any home service, pls check other options and plan.Subpar app filled with bugs, keeps crashing, Notices give notification dots that cannot be cleared, messages are all over the place.

3. I had a worst experience I would give negative rating if possible.Good app, but whenever we get a visitor notification, the whole screen goes blank after we approve/reject the visitor.

4. the adds make this app out of focus on the purpose of the app, poor UI over all.Opted for the premium service and they informed slot is confirmed for the shifting at 2pm and later there was no communication and had to follow up for more than 5 times.

5. Customer care executive will say the same thing again and again and there is no provision to cancel the service and get the full refund.

6. Will not recommend any service to anyone from nobrokerhood.Had booked bathroom cleaning service, first-time service is good.
