The only reason I haven't yet gotten and installed Nord VPN yet is because the VPN I have through Norton has worked truly well so far; but who's to say I won't complete the process and obtain it in the very near future as a backup for the other devices I either have now or may get in the very near future should an external one be necessary for them? 2. Okay the app is actually pretty good but it has a major problem stopping it from becoming the best.. The actually screen recording is really good so no issues there and it's nice that fps and resolution can be customizable but the huge issue is when you're recording gameplays the quality of sound recorded is terribly bad.. It's sad that an app that does everything so well but the audio is absolutely pathetic..If the audio quality is fixed I think this would by the best app for recording anythingI love that the app allows me to capture my entire desktop screenshot which I use for training my group.

I'm about to use it for the very first time; and if its functionality is anything like the other Pro series software I have; Malware Fighter, Driver Booster, Smart Defrag, Uninstaller, AOMEI Backupper, Connectify Hotspot, Smart Game Booster, IO Transfer, RoboForm Everywhere, Software Updater & Team Viewer, it should be just as good or even better as these software programs have been.

4. also when you delete a video, the confirmation menu is in chineese language.Stopped working Bring floating record icon up, tap and they pop out from the dot but never starts recording, I have force stopped the app, opened and closed the app, cleared cache and this ignarant app does nothing!!!! So angry right now!!!😠😠😠 Bug is not fixed!!!!It did what it was supposed to do.

5. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a screenshot solution due to the user friendly functions.I just installed the app through the latest Advanced System Care Pro notification located at the bottom of the software.

1. Fix ApowerREC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ApowerREC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ApowerREC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ApowerREC" » Open ApowerREC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ApowerREC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ApowerREC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ApowerREC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ApowerREC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ApowerREC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ApowerREC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ApowerREC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ApowerREC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ApowerREC not working

2. Fix ApowerREC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ApowerREC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ApowerREC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ApowerREC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
