1. Software keeps pushing for subscription service in order to show captured content with errors like "No storage available, subscribe now for instant access,..." AND, no matter the settings on motion capture, if you insert a micro SD card, it captures video 24 hours a day in 5 minute segments on that card.Camera disconnects on its own and can be impossible to reconnect at times.
2. I have reset them a ton of times to no avail.Started out great, but now I am constantly receiving a "failed" message when accessing camera feed or trying to change settings, or it will take 15-20 seconds to access the camera feed.
3. Clear image, clear sound, nice camera when it chooses to work, definitely would not purchase again.
4. I need this to be reliable because I am using it as a baby monitor, I don't want to find out after a full minute of screaming that my baby needs me.It works well, but one big missing feature when I compare it to the previous monitor we used (Cocoon, which went out of business).
5. The night vision works but the camera is not clear and the camera movement lags.
6. Update: They did fix it.The 360 worked the first time I installed it but the update that happened alittle later made the camera useless.
7. I realize this will negatively affect battery life, but it would be great to have the option to use it that way.Camera is very clear.
8. I have had the camera up and running, great good picture, then after a few days the damn app goes south.
9. A widget on your screen would be nice, like the way YouTube is minimized to a small square.You know I am getting really sick and tired of buying a product, hooking it up then it works PERFECT for the first few days.

11. Just as everyone else has described, the camera quality is great, I just wish the connection and app were more reliable.
I had my nooie 360 camera set up perfectly. Then I decided to add it to my Amazon app. I did not like that so I deleted it. I went back to the nooie app and I could not sign in so I made a new account with a different email. then it said this camera already has and account and it needed to be deleted. The problem is I do not know how to delete the account. I want to use the first account which is Mary Rich email aaronmary5663@redacted
