Anlapus Customer Insights

1. Picture quality is not so good from phone but in local monitor is prety much OK, of course you can upgrade with more expensive cameras if you want.Cameras are amazing, please make the system a bit more user friendlyWorks well, could do with a better motion detection record functionOk I guess great picture quality of cameras however alerts come through inconsistently always have to reconnect unless I'm at my house cameras constantly show up offline no response from the support they offer and hasn't had an update since 2019 bought the cameras in 2021 can't do very much from the app nor is there a lot of options to do things with the app sound doesn't work neither does the intercom system.

2. Planty of other software to work cctv from your phone better then this.Other than to view the cameras the app doesn't do anything elseMost the time says offline but when go on to the cameras via machine there is nothing wrong! Doesn't alert at all even tho meant to! Waste of time and space app.

3. Other than that the app appears to work well.Bought one of these really pleased with it so I bought two more took ages to figure out how to get it to connect to the wifi the picture is good and the very first day of using it I was out and had a notification looked at my phone and a delivery driver was at the door so I told him via the app to leave the parcel round the back all three working perfectly.

4. For the price can't go wrong."Password not conform to rules" what are the rules? It's more than 6 chars and contains special chars and no words and no names so what's the problem? So password problem solved (but not sure why you have such strange password rules it's like you are forcing users to choose weak passwords).

5. For the price I guess it was okay not really been too great of an experience overallThe initial screen doesn't appear to open as a live view so you're looking at old still images.

6. What i wanted is to be able to go back and check some recorded scenes in past and to be able to connect with phone from outside and that works perfect.

7. Playback doesn't work unfortunately, all I get is "Play failed, click to try again".

8. Pretty much what i wanted, camera quality is just fine for that price.

9. No live feed when you start app Needs to be look at to sort bugs out, But anlaplus wont.

10. Notifications dose not work.

11. You have to click into each camera to update it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Anlapus Issues

1. Fix Anlapus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Anlapus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Anlapus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anlapus" » Open Anlapus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anlapus » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Anlapus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anlapus servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anlapus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Anlapus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anlapus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Anlapus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anlapus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anlapus not working


2. Fix Anlapus Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anlapus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anlapus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anlapus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been using Anlapus system for a while and am very pleased. I have an issue at present which I do not appear to be able to resolve. My cameras are working fine and I am able to view on my smart phone, however, for some reason when I set the system to 'notify me of any activity' nothing is showing on my smart phone, the live shots are still on but no notifications of any kind are shown, I have uninstalled APP several times on my smart phone and have re booted my Anlapus system. Can you please help. Thank you

  • Good morning . My name is Anton, and I’m contacting you guys because I can not reset the password on my anlapus dvr. Since it was purchased from an auction, It seems like there was a previous password set.
    I’ve tried the online instructions of how to reset it , however it doesn’t seem to work. All I get is the camera screen and any changes I try , is asking for Admin password.
    I did open an account with Anlapus and through the app I was able to register the device on my name. There I see the DVR registered under my account and a red password next to it.
    Is there a way I can reset or erase all the previous information and use my DVR?

    We recently received a 4 camera wireless system from you, it worked perfectly for a couple of weeks until yesterday when the cameras froze. We contacted Amazon support who talked us through a reboot of the system, cameras and Internet connection but all that is displayed on the camera screens is "Network disconnected".
    We would like to return our system fir a replacement, can you please advise.

    Ich habe eine 4-in-1 Security Camera, TypeNr. C137FF4C gekauft, Die Kamera installiert, angeschlossen funktioniert. Ich benötige aber noch die Funktion "Mirror" wie in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Mit der Suche im Menu stellte ich fest, dass die Beschreibung nicht zum Inhalt der Kamera übereinstimmt und den Unterpunkt "Mirror habe ich auch nicht gefunden. Darauf habe ich mich an den Support von Anlapus ID10149533 mit Beschreibungen und Screenshots gewandt. Bis heute habe ich keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten. Ich hoffe ich erhalte auf diesen Weg eine Antwort. Wo ist die Funktion "MIRROR" zu finden?
