The info from the system is available in search engine so pet seems to be protected from that end.You can't come back to edit certain things later - like microchip or neuter, which is a flaw in my opinion I also set up my profile completely with 3 pets and after the recent update 2 days ago, it has completely vanished on the app - but when scanned the tags still work.

We both need to have the ability to track her if she gets out, and I'm not buying a 2nd tracker for a single animalI couldn't activate QR Code because system said it's invalidI had a bit of a rough start with this app, and I wasn't sure that the developer was going to come through and clear the problem I was having.

3. Nice UI and convenient to use.Good service had them update my cat information and prompt support.You're not just paying for a trinket quite a summ, but the functionality included for that "free" tier is really limited.

10. When pets tag is scanned, they display your pets microchip # which could allow someone to claim ownership of your pet, so I don't like that either.

1. Fix Pet Care App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pet Care App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pet Care App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pet Care App" » Open Pet Care App by Animal ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pet Care App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pet Care App by Animal ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pet Care App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pet Care App by Animal ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pet Care App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pet Care App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pet Care App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pet Care App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pet Care App not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pet Care App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
