So not trying to be rude but it's kind of lazy you actually had to sign in not like other games where you just don't have to sign in or log in doesn't cost money but I'm too young to know how to log in and for real I was just trying to look at pictures of the dogs to help my parents to see if we can get a pet so it's kind of okay but not really again not trying to be rude really I'm not trying to be rudeI Thought I was going to love this app but when I wanted to pick a pet, rat was not there So I was going to be ferret but I do want to lie so I deleted it, excluding that I think It can be a good app the set up was a little confusing but overall it looks goodIt loged me out and will not let me log back in"back in a few" whatever that's a VERY bad first impressionNice placeVery good and intuitive.

1. Fix Midoog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Midoog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Midoog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Midoog" » Open Midoog - Your pet's app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Midoog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Midoog - Your pet's app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Midoog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Midoog - Your pet's app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Midoog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Midoog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Midoog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Midoog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Midoog not working

2. Fix Midoog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Midoog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Midoog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Midoog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
