Why should I report an Issue with FlipaClip: Create 2D Animation?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It makes me irritated.I've been looking for a free animation app for the average person to be able to use and I FOUND IT!!!! I love FlipaClip! I've made some pretty cool things and I've only just started! This app uses a flip book type style for it's animation (meaning you'll have to make multiple slides of things that are bearly moving but the end result is always amazing (even if you just started!I know the app's trying to make money and all, but I feel like it's pretty unfair to lock certain features behind the subscription for people paying for the legacy features.

2. But one thing I want to mention is while animating/drawing on Flipaclip and import it into a movie, weird different colored dots outside the edge of the orginal color appear.

3. Other than that, it's a great beginner-friendly animation softwarehello! im also going to leave a issue to this review instead, because i don't know where else to report it :/ I have a chromebook and when i have a movie i want to export, it fails and the app crashes.

4. For example I put down green color in a white background, and when I turn it into a movie.

5. In my personal opinion for using Flipaclip for quite some time without premium.

6. I was able to export animations without the watermark and back them up, now I can't do either with the new update.

7. Black or purple dots outside appear from it.

8. I tired to restart it multiple times but it's not working for me.

9. Otherwise, this app is fantastic and is great for beginer artists.

10. It's very frustrating and i have to repeativly try again and again.

1. Fix FlipaClip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlipaClip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlipaClip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlipaClip" » Open FlipaClip: Create 2D Animation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlipaClip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlipaClip: Create 2D Animation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlipaClip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlipaClip: Create 2D Animation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlipaClip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlipaClip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlipaClip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlipaClip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlipaClip not working

2. Fix FlipaClip Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlipaClip be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlipaClip not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlipaClip may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
