Why should I report an Issue with Baby Words: Flashcards?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Androbaby to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Very useful.The app is really nice and help my child learn fast, is audible with the sound playing on the background draws my baby attension to it and make him focus on it.I paid to have ads removed and I still have ads and one permanent ad at the bottom of the screen.

2. My one nit pick is saying things in the singular when it should be plural like sock when it is a picture of socksIt's very convenient for me when I am busy doing house chores and I can turn on my phone and allow the kids to watchI hate the ads .

3. It helps them to identify sounds and object even if they dont speak yet they will point or grap a ball if you say where is the ball.

4. They just love to hear the sounds and if you have a ball or a duck or something like that to holdup that they can reach this touching helps them to crawl.

5. I want my money back!!The repetitiveness plus the giggling baby makes it attractive to infants.

6. I guess that was the intention of the app, to earn money with curiositymy baby loves it.

7. The point of paying was reduce my baby's frustration when he accidentally clicked on the ads.

8. Deleting.I paid to remove ads and there are STILL ads at the bottom of the screen.

9. I understand it's a free app and you've got to make revenue but the app is pointless when your child is opening an ad every 5 minutes.

10. THERE IS AN AD AT THE BOTTOM OF EVERY FLASH CARD.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Words: Flashcards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Words: Flashcards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Words: Flashcards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
