1. Fix First Words Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart First Words: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the First Words App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "First Words" » Open First Words for Baby: Foods » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for First Words » click "UPDATE".
- Clear First Words for Baby: Foods app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from First Words servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "First Words for Baby: Foods" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check First Words app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, First Words might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall First Words. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall First Words then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing First Words not working
