Why should I report an Issue with All Recipes: World Recipe Book?

1. For those who have gone through the same, you can still access your account and all of your saved recipes online.Lost everything! I downloaded the new version cause my old one stopped working and it doesn't recognize my credentials on the app.

2. Great job folks!My old Allrecipes app stopped working & My login won't work in the new app so I was afraid all my saved recipes were gone.

3. I need to start printing these recipes so I don't lose them!! Please fix this issue with the app.I lost EVERYTHING! I had many years worth of saved recipes on the old app that stopped working without warning.

1. Fix All Recipes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart All Recipes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the All Recipes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All Recipes" » Open All Recipes: World Recipe Book » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for All Recipes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear All Recipes: World Recipe Book app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from All Recipes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "All Recipes: World Recipe Book" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check All Recipes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, All Recipes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall All Recipes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall All Recipes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing All Recipes not working

2. Fix All Recipes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make All Recipes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to All Recipes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, All Recipes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
