Why should I report an Issue with PQRecipe - Pokemon Quest Recipe?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of JsonTea to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. - recipes including mystic shell were listed as valid recipes for Jynx, which is incorrect?; I though any recipes including this ingredient become Ambrosia of Legends à la Cube .Full of ads, literally every time I click anything.

2. I can finally figure out what recipes I used to get more PKMN copies, thanks! Sadly I have to knock off a couple stars since it doesn't show whether Pokemon are close or ranged battlers.

3. Crashed when I tried to do a search.Amazing app, has all the info you need from Moves to Recipes.

4. Just google the recipes, at least you won't be so bombarded with ads taking up the entire screen like this, nor will it take up space on your phone.

5. 🤩Should show pokemon stats and stone slot percentages.

6. Some ads.- way too many ads - attempting a search from main Pokémon list page causes a crash.

1. Fix PQRecipe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PQRecipe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PQRecipe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PQRecipe" » Open PQRecipe - Pokemon Quest Recipe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PQRecipe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PQRecipe - Pokemon Quest Recipe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PQRecipe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PQRecipe - Pokemon Quest Recipe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PQRecipe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PQRecipe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PQRecipe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PQRecipe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PQRecipe not working

2. Fix PQRecipe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PQRecipe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PQRecipe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PQRecipe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
