Why should I report an Issue with Joyread?

1. I will be deleting the app & not finish the books.Spent around $100 and then I found out there's 3,000+ chapters in the book.

2. Regular books don't even cost that much.Not a fan, I have already paid $8 and I am only 16% of the way through a book that has grammatical errors and the pages are spaced out, in total probably 2 paragraphs if that per page.

3. Have a set price instead of buying stars to unlock a chapter.This app is ridiculously expensive! I have spent $50 and I've only read 43% of the book.

4. I still have 13 coins that I purchased that they won't let me use until I purchase more coins.The story I was reading is Fantastic, however it would cost over $100 to finish it.

5. I would NOT recommend this app, because the cost to read the entire book would probably cost over $100.

7. After that you need coins or pearls to unlock chapters which cost money and they aren't cheap.

8. Readit is so much betterI downloaded the app to read a book that I previewed and expected it to be a few hundred chapters since the chapters are short.

1. Fix Joyread Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Joyread: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Joyread App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Joyread" » Open Joyread » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Joyread » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Joyread app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Joyread servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Joyread" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Joyread app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Joyread might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Joyread. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Joyread then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Joyread not working

2. Fix Joyread Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Joyread be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Joyread not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Joyread may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
