1. The only complaint i have would be that when grading a class my phone will turn display off then freeze the camera have to back out then press camera again for it to work.UPDATE: if you fix anomalies or look at the questions then the camera goes to a black screen.

2. Only 1.9.2 version available for Google Play store.Doesn't let you login!So far amazing finally for the droid! I just graded a class it was easy and fast using this app.

3. Also, can't access report in the app (android)I login but it gives me error messages or says I do not have rightsI'm excited to finally have this on Android.

4. However, the app does not provide any option or information about creating an account.The app is not downloading.

5. This application does not work with a Samsung 10 phone.

6. You must then go back to the homepage and log back in to the session to continue...time waster.

7. NEVER DOES IT CONNECT TO AN ACTIVE SESSION.

9. It did crash on me once not sure if it will happen again.

1. Fix ASSIST Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASSIST: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASSIST App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASSIST" » Open ASSIST » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASSIST » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASSIST app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASSIST servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASSIST" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASSIST app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASSIST might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASSIST. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASSIST then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ASSIST not working

2. Fix ASSIST Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ASSIST be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ASSIST not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ASSIST may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
