1. After the new flight was booked under the same reference code, the app never updated my flight info, so I couldn't check the status of my flight, check in, or get a boarding pass.App is extremely slow to open, green screen almost forever, no sign of activity, seems frozen.
2. You can't add additional baggage.I tried but then I had to call an operator and complete my additional baggage request only by phone!the operator said that it could be done only during check in...but with the phone call I complete my booking....so why don't you implement rhis app? it's an incredible waste of money to have an app for Alitalia that can't do anything this.Impossible to contact customer service.
3. Easy Jet, British Airways, and American Airlines did a great job refunding, rebooking, or issued vouchers.Very frustrating experience trying to check in, it doesn't save the data, the date of birth textbox kept disabled and nothing can be entered.
4. Please fix this! Update: this is not working, i have booked a flight, no reference or email got my inbox, but it appears as my next flight, how is this possible!The app works fine, but the e-ticket has horrible graphics.
5. The app opens, briefly says 'good morning,' very briefly shows a 'book flight' button, and quickly settles on a white, blank screen.
6. Flight search is cumbersome: if when searching change a date of return, have to start the search from start also for the first flight.
7. This should be an easy fix, so please fix it.When my flight was canceled, the only way to reschedule was to call a landline, it wasn't done automatically and it couldn't be done through the app.
8. When using this app you always have to prepare "a plan B" if it suddenly fails.I still have to understand how I can add boarding passes to the app, something quite straightforward and automatic on all other airline apps I tried (at least 5).
9. I did get ticket refunds 10 days later for each, but who's refunding my taxi? To make things all the more comical, my app is named "Calendario" instead of "Alitalia." reinstalled but the problem stays.Bad,useless app.
10. The QR code is close to the left edge of the screen instead of being in the middle, so this makes it hard to scan it (both me and Alitalia staff had troubles with it).
11. All three times when I showed up at the airport the flight apparently was never booked.
