2. Downloading it solely to leave a comment on why the hell a pet centric Instagram dupe has such a misleading ad that looks nothing like the app? I mean, I guess it got me to download the app, but that is only because you can't leave a comment otherwise so...I can't update profile.

3. Also, when I tried to edit my profile to set the born date, I pressed save and it says please select an existing breed.

4. Please fix it where I can save my pets info and I'll add the missing star.Not gonna lie, I legit thought this was like a furry version of Facebook or tinder from the ad I saw.

1. Fix Yummypets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yummypets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yummypets App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yummypets" » Open Yummypets - Dogs Cats Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yummypets » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yummypets - Dogs Cats Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yummypets servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yummypets - Dogs Cats Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yummypets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yummypets might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yummypets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yummypets then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yummypets not working

2. Fix Yummypets Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yummypets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yummypets not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yummypets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
