Q101 Chicago Customer Insights

1. I uninstalled it and moving on.I been listening to q101 since 06 but since then I had to move out of state and been using the app for over a year but recently there is one or two songs and then about 5 minutes of commercials and then again one or two song again and 5 minutes again of commercials, it just endless commercials usuallyIt shouldn't take MINUTES to buffer the radio.

2. This app will get stuck in a loop of commercials for 10 to 15 minutes (happens a lot) and while in the middle of a song or the Brian, Ali, and Justin morning show a commercial will interrupt and then go back to the song or the show.

3. I dont get radio reception in the building and I enjoy listening to the show.I've only had this app for a week and at least six times music started playing from nowhere without me even touching my phone and I had to open the app to pause it... just today three times.

4. Update 2- they blocked my mobile ip address through Chrome or Firefox, I can only access through Tor browser on mobile, they dirtyApp constantly auto starts when I reboot the phone and everytime I turn my phone Bluetooth on.

5. UPDATE: OMG this app turns on every time I use my phone now! Can't wait to un-install!!Frustrating! Takes forever to load.

6. Also the delay between live radio and what the app plays is 2 to 3 minutes.

7. I uninstalled and tried again hoping it would help.

8. Update - Don't install this app, just listen from the website through Chrome.

9. I've tried multiple devices also tried deleting and reinstalling app several times.

10. And you can't exit the app easily.Too many commercials.

11. Pop up Ads galore and when it finally decides to work it closes.
