1. App kept saying you must be logged in to download, despite already being logged in and booking reference added.Cannot download content due to a confirmation code that's "no longer valid" for my AF flight later today for which I already have my boarding pass.

2. Key in confirmation code, content still does not download.Useless app.

3. It never works and it's always impossible to download anything as there is always an error...I've had already installed and uninstalled this app because every time offline in flight the downloads made before the flight were unavailable.

4. Able to log in, does not allow content download.

5. The app could not find my booking reference and therefore couldn't access the content.

6. it takes forever to load content, many times you have to start the process all over again and you loose the loaded content.

7. Looks like there is a limit on password size and my flying blue pw is larger than that by one character.

1. Fix Air France Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Air France Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Air France Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Air France Play" » Open Air France Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Air France Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Air France Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Air France Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Air France Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Air France Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Air France Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Air France Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Air France Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Air France Play not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Air France Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
