1. Stations loads very slow, and in between it is pausing and not start itself this is very disturbing & unpleasant experience.. and after phone call or any other AV plays,app won't play again we have to restart app, means it won't play by pressing the play button,we have to Clare the screen come with beginning.

2. When I click on 'Listen' link for Audio news, it takes long time to open the list of national news 2.

3. Also the radio icon in the home screen (top left) is very small and we need so much attention to aim the button.

4. Especially in this time of lockdown when I can never get a hold on the family TV remote, I can watch some good programs and listen to good music on this app.

5. Suddenly gets LOUD from one program to the next, disturbing others around who don't want to listen to radio.

6. One year back I gave feedback saying that Radio gets switched off at its own will.

7. While listening the audio news, if I get a call, then the news progress is not paused.

8. Just start using it you will know the issues, issus needs taken care, and favourite bar not shown when opening the app..Third-rate app from a user experience standpoint.

9. The app keeps stopping again and again, even after writing a review long ago there is no improvement and this problem still occurs.This app stops frequently and I have to switch to another station and then again come back to the previous station which I was listening.

10. Even with steady internet connection, radio gets switched off for no reason, even if I don't press anything.

11. It would be good if news can be 'paused' in such case.This is a very nostalgic app especially those who are working abroad.

1. Fix NewsOnAir Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NewsOnAir: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NewsOnAir App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NewsOnAir" » Open NewsOnAir » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NewsOnAir » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NewsOnAir app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NewsOnAir servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NewsOnAir" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NewsOnAir app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NewsOnAir might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NewsOnAir. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NewsOnAir then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NewsOnAir not working

2. Fix NewsOnAir Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NewsOnAir be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NewsOnAir not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NewsOnAir may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
