1. But it has a flaw: When I do my family booking, it presents an error when trying to put everyone SUMA number.Since you asked me to rate it: The app is as useless and slow as the website.Too frequent disconnections, it doesnt matter on which network I'm connected (4g or home/work wifi).

2. The app is not connected to wallet app (it asks me to download it, although it is already downloaded), the actual website it shut down at the moment... Very bad customer experience!!!App crashes all the time when trying to enter the Booking section.

5. Going back to change the payment method resets the whole booking and you need to start all over.

6. When logging to Your account and trying to book a flight seat, personal data is not automatically displayed.

7. Switching apps for some time resets the progress on your booking and you have to start all over.

8. an option to add a different loyalty card from the group (flying blue for instance) and use it to update the past trips as well as new ones booked via the app.scroll is a bit buggy.

9. When checking in to a flight with a connection, you have to fill the same data again like passport number, expiration date and so on..The App is completely unreliable.

10. Sort it out Air Europa!!Multiple entries of same information and constantly have to change information back to original option.

11. It enables you to check in but then it is impossible to retrieve and display the boarding pass.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AirEuropa Issues

1. Fix AirEuropa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AirEuropa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AirEuropa App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AirEuropa" » Open AirEuropa » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AirEuropa » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AirEuropa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AirEuropa servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AirEuropa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AirEuropa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AirEuropa might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AirEuropa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AirEuropa then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AirEuropa not working


2. Fix AirEuropa Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AirEuropa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AirEuropa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AirEuropa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
