Dev -> uat -> prod, your updates should go through this process before releasDon't waste your hard earned money on this app, if you have some doubts bout' this, try send a very small about of money, it easier sending money to the app wallet, and transferring from afriex to afriex wallet is instant, but that where it all stop, you can't cash out to your bank, your money gets stuck and gone for good.

9. 04/24/2023: Back with another issue, new update that promises to improve user sign-in and registration gets stuck in the sign on page and keeps loading.
10. Trying to log in tells me to reset my password and trying to reset tell me not currently working.
11. I'm not sure what happened but unfortunately I'm no longer inclined to use anymore, it's just too frustrating to work with at this point.Ive been having issues with the app for about a month now.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Afriex Issues
1. Fix Afriex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Afriex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Afriex App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Afriex" » Open Afriex: Send & Receive Money » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Afriex » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Afriex: Send & Receive Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Afriex servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Afriex: Send & Receive Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Afriex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Afriex might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Afriex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Afriex then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Afriex not working
2. Fix Afriex Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Afriex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Afriex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Afriex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Under GDPR backed up by the UK government I request that my number removed from the accounts. I do not need to state the reason for deactivation of account. What kind of customer service is this I have been requesting for an account closure and deactivation for the past 1 week and you’ve been choosing not to compline which is illegal and against the law.
