1. Sometimes the documents still doesn't upload or send.This thing is SUPER slow to load pages/messages and when you try to open a message from your inbox, it flips to the Message Center and then flips back to the inbox without displaying the message.
2. Says slow connection detected all the time, whether on 4G or Wi-Fi which means that it's their servers that suck, every time I try to take the picture of a receipt to upload through the app it crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S10.
3. When you have an injury and you're trying to file a claim or view your messages or anything at all, the app just tries to load any category without success.
4. I have to upload the same documents multiple times for each claim because the app freezes on the upload during the initial claim entry.
5. All I see is a little picture of a piece of paper and then a little picture of a calendar page---essentially it is trying to "load" the page but nothing happens.
6. When I open the app, I can see a bunch of things to select (Aflac Always, My Policies, My Claims, Settings, etc) but when I click on any of them, it goes no where.
7. Developers clearly don't care to fix it...many negative reviews.App will not let me open messages in message center.
8. Needs a lot of improvement.One star is a bit too high to rate this so called "App", it doesn't work whatsoever.
9. Once trying to reinstall it, that was epic fail, the system wouldn't allow me to do so... this app is garbage!Worthless.
10. Don't bother trying to change your autopay date, or will not work.
11. They also don't keep ur status updated on it.[ + ] I like the idea of the app for the ease of submitting claims from my phone.
