Why should I report an Issue with Adif?

1. Completely disfuncional after the big update! I was using the old app on a daily basis until today that i was forced to update! The app now shows "No results" for every query! According to this app no trains arrive to or depart from Barcelona Sants!!!! What a shame! Taking something that was working and rendering it useless for no good reason (I'm not a fan of the new interface either).This is the worst ... definitely there had been no testing to go live and probably is an application that was mad by some fresa grad for their portafolio.

2. Sometime they mention the number of the via but when i arrive to the station i find the train in another via.The old version was gold, only did what it needed to do.

3. Now worst.Al 26.03 ha dejado de funcionar por completo.después de la actualización forzada la app no funciona.

4. This new black themed thing does something but barely what's supposed to do.The app crash so many times.

5. The times are innacurate, the trains don't make sense ... don't even try it!No accurate.

1. Fix Adif Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Adif: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Adif App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Adif" » Open Adif » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Adif » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Adif app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Adif servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Adif" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Adif app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Adif might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Adif. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Adif then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Adif not working

2. Fix Adif Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Adif be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Adif not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Adif may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
