1. What good is downloading an app that doesn't work all the time? You have to scan the barcode from the receipt of your purchase in order to get rewards but the barcode scanner barely reads, the receipts from the restaurants barely print well, so the scanner barely reads it, and entering manually doesn't work all the time either.
2. Remember that customer service is not the priority when companies are established... Sales is their #1 Priority.... tnxApp is useless when ordering food as they won't make your food until they receive the receipt which could be hours later, because for some reason the app doesn't send them the order request right away.
3. I've reached out to customer service via the app; good luck..App is a joke, first of all not earning rewards automatically for each order in this day and age is such a stupid business model.
4. Pollo tropical food is good though just order in person.The app it's self works fine.
5. Food is okay, their tropichillers/desserts is the only thing preventing the 1 star rating.The app is inconvenient! It's only use is to pick up food inside the store or have it delivered, that's it! Tried to submit a receipt for points, useless! Tried to get help from the app to get my points, don't bother! No one will answer your emails.
6. App is good for scanning receipts though and accumulating points to get 5.00 coupons though, but it still fails in its basic functionality of placing and online order.
7. Placed order, through app, pick-up inside, due to time constraints (drive through takes a while) Arrived only to find out there is no inside, it was gutted- should not be an option then.
8. It is great to order a meal ahead of time, but they regularly miss items from the bag making it extremely annoying to have to repeatedly check the bag over and over.
9. There's no way to cancel an order, or modify it, or directly contact the store you placed the order with for that matter.
10. Whenever you order from somewhere, it shows where you last ate, instead of the store closest to you like it says it does.
11. You have to scan or enter the barcode numbers manually which neither of them work correctly! Huge hassle for pick-up/delivery options.
