Later Hootoo support located and send me their original app but I will also keep this in my phone.You are not going to be able to make any thing work on this app the camera will never connect to your device and it's a waste of time.What is a security code and why the fixed characters, couldn't go on because it would not continue despite adding 20 characters.Did not work.

Wouldn't even download the software.found cams on network perfectly, app run great on galaxy s10+ had sound issues previously on new tenvis app and tenvis p2p app couldn't search recordings but this app all features run smoothly with the odd hiccup, but a quick app restart sorts itIt worked good with Hootoo HT-IP211HDP.

3. I did look for the original Mycam Pro Hootoo app for that camera which is not available anymore in play store so tried this app and it worked good.

4. Can anyone help pleaseDoesn't work on latest Android version on Galaxy S20 Ultra, is there an update coming soon ?Huge, smelly, runny pile of utter SHITE.

5. This one is definitely not it even though it's got the same platform.Tried to connect my camera with a new Samsung phone.

6. No update available.I got the material but couldn't use it because there was no bar code on the system please I need the bar code to use my device.

9. Really need a p2p ip wifi app so I can actually use my camera again since the manufacturer decided to take down the cameras app.

1. Fix P2PCAMPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart P2PCAMPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the P2PCAMPro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "P2PCAMPro" » Open P2PCAMPro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for P2PCAMPro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear P2PCAMPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from P2PCAMPro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "P2PCAMPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check P2PCAMPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, P2PCAMPro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall P2PCAMPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall P2PCAMPro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing P2PCAMPro not working

2. Fix P2PCAMPro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make P2PCAMPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to P2PCAMPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, P2PCAMPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
