About MEyePro

1. MeyePro supports Multi-devices, including Streamax, Raysharp, XDview, XM Technology, Hanbang Technology, Shanghai Tongli, LB Tech, Juan, Kongtop, etc.

2. Support more dvrs just like port is 37777 34567 34599 8000 8101 5800 ect. and some old dvr port maybe is them too.

3. The app mistakenly believes that the old dvr is a new type device. that causes the app can not work well for it.

4. MeyePro supports 4 cameras simultaneously.

5. You need check the Select box for "Only Support old device" in settings then save it. and exit this app. and then restart app,the old dvr can be support well. you can change the port of old dvrs to another one. then it will work well as before.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MEyePro Issues

1. Fix MEyePro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MEyePro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MEyePro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MEyePro" » Open MEyePro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MEyePro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MEyePro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MEyePro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MEyePro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MEyePro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MEyePro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MEyePro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MEyePro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MEyePro not working


2. Fix MEyePro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MEyePro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MEyePro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MEyePro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am unable to watch the cameras on Meyepro app it asks for ip/domain and port # I have internet but I am unable to connect to the cameras. Please help me connect
