Wish I can make a report for any issue here and be transferred to appropriate department on that cityThe truth is that it is a super excellent application for me as a manager, it is much easier to place orders to collect furniture and other things, that's why I love itStupid useless app puts you through the whole process of doing whatever you're trying to do and then at the very end of the process tells you that it can't do anything and you have to update.

2. Now, after entering an address ( exact OR intersection OR app suggested ) it gives an " error code 2006." Continuing the request isn't possible without a location.I wish I was able to report issues in the LA's metropolitan area in general, some potholes in or near LAX or Weho area are in another city jurisdiction, and those streets are never fixed or reconditioned.

3. Why would you make an app that tricks you into thinking it's working, puts you through the work and wastes your time, only to find out at the very last stage that all your work went to waste and you have to update?Never had issues with app.

4. If you wait, you're dragging that little marker across a long map.stupid idiots make you update the app in order to submit a service request.

5. Unfortunately you write the whole service request and when you click submit then the app warns you to update.

6. Both negatives need to be fixed.Prior to the update, sending a request was effective and simple.

7. I've reported many lights out that get fixed, as well as other issues.

8. It's like this is the first time these people wrote an appConstant glitches, especially when uploading with photos.

9. The constant nagging about updates is extremely annoying and time consuming.

10. You can copy the description to the clipboard but you still have to enter all the other fields manually.

11. Of course when you update everything gets wiped away.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyLA311 Issues

1. Fix MyLA311 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyLA311: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyLA311 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyLA311" » Open MyLA311 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyLA311 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyLA311 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyLA311 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyLA311" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyLA311 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyLA311 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyLA311. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyLA311 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyLA311 not working


2. Fix MyLA311 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyLA311 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyLA311 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyLA311 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
