1. We need a better compatibility with lastpass, one password, dashlane and so on.I downloaded for the purpose to pay my bills, but every time I want to open the app it crashes even on a strong secure WiFi or Data nerwork.
2. You're required to remember/enter your account number every time you want to pay a bill which is done through a completely different system than your login with GA Power so you have to either memorize it or think to copy/paste between screens.
3. You have to log in every single time The interface is not stream lined, it's a web based application spo you might as well just go to Georgia powers website and add page to homescreen.
4. I also try to go to the website and when i hit the pay online option it doesn't go anywhere! It shows an error sign and claims i am not connected to the internet.
5. This days is almost impossible have different secure passwords for each site and Georgia power developer team are no aware of this.
6. Looks like around billing cycle the usage part of the app crashes, I'll see if it comes back in a couple days or week.
7. Does not remember my login data despite having the option.
8. The app doesn't allow use auto fill from your stored passwords and doesn't allow you to copy/past either.
9. Also, if you want to actually pay your bill, make sure to remember how much you owe, because the payment portal will always say that it's $0.
10. Maybe they preferer all users have weak passwords because thats the only way to sign in easily.
11. So not great planning for peak loads on their part ( he says charitably).
