1. Will Make Sure they get ahold of you no matter if they have to call and leave texts, voicemails to get ahold of them asap, they really have saved us couple of times, because my husband works out of state so we travel alot we love how you can easily put cash in your savings account from your checking by using this app and never even have to speak to a live person.
2. Not sure if it's something the developers did or if it's because of the android security update but glad it's working again.Offten won't let you type your password.
3. Plus there are more features now that have made ny exp so much better and easier.Love having this app, only had trouble a few times in last couple years and they were minimal.....also love how the fraud dept.
4. My main complaint is the names of charges (particularly auto payments for subscriptions) are confusing and unclear, but that's not the app's fault.
5. Update : After another Android 12 security update this app works again.
6. my money does take a day or two to go through but thats not the apps fault, thats the buisness I shopped at and my bank.
7. So what's the point of advertising you have a mobile app if it stinks!! At a BANK no less! That charges for everything! And has the highest overdraft fee anywhere! Almost 35 bucks per transaction.
8. Also I have to change my password every six months and the app sometimes doesn't tell me that, I don't realize it's time until I try to sign in on the website instead.
9. More consistent reminders would be nice.This app is pretty useful but it frequently freezes on the home screen and won't allow me to view the details of my transactions or make a deposit.
10. It doesn't do it all the time, but it's usually a period of several days before the issue resolves itself, and deleting/redownloading has never helped.
11. I dont use that term but a couple times a year, so....fiserv...GET TO WORK!This app had a lot of bugs in the beginning.
