It make study more easy with the tricks of the teacherWorst app also worst website when I login into anthor device or i do not it kicks me out from other it says multiple device login detected i hate it All the time i have to login why can't I login from one device multiple accounts!!.It's superb !!! 😙 Learning is a fun now.. I like it a lot but kindly look ahead on the matter of ads.When video get stop then we have to cancel that video and then the video will start this is much problem in this app This app donot start properly and don't work properlyThis app was working very good when I was in the trial but after the trial when I bought this package I face many problem like : 1.

1. Fix Extramarks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Extramarks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Extramarks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Extramarks" » Open Extramarks – The Learning App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Extramarks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Extramarks – The Learning App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Extramarks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Extramarks – The Learning App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Extramarks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Extramarks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Extramarks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Extramarks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Extramarks not working

2. Fix Extramarks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Extramarks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Extramarks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Extramarks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
