1. Does anyone use any alternative apps in place of this for their CCTV system?Hello all dear ones ... I had the same problem connecting the phone to the camera with the rest of my friends ... it connects with Wi-Fi but it does not connect with the phone's net ... so I found a solution ... replacing it Another software ... two Eseecloud software and ip pro ... You can easily replace these two and enjoy watching your camera pictures online .. I hope you are all happy and healthy 😊😊😊🌹🌹🌹🌹Works and since it doesn't require a username and password to enter the app, less problematic for my customers.

2. it was good when it was working but again, it stopped suddenly.This app sucks, I rely on it to be able to remote to my house for security reasons and 95 % of the time it says "connecting" and over a ten minute time period it never connects.

3. Really disapointed!!!APP WORKS MUST PORT FOWARD YOUR ROUTER TO VIEW ON 4G! If you can not see cameras on 4g you must go into your router setting and port foward the ip address of your nvr.
