Why should I report an Issue with Abound: Send Money to India?

1. Worst Remittance process Transaction failed, no notice to customer, amount didn't credit back to source bank account, contacted 4 times with customer support every time they said will credit back in 3 days, no issue tracker in their end, you need to explain the issue from scratch, finally on 5th attempt they said amount is credited as Abound balance can't Withdraw to yout source account you need to do another transfer to get the money out, trapped, avoid it , running a scam processMoney transfer experience with this app is worst.

2. Did you performance test it before rolling it out to the customers?It's a fraud .. Please don't use this app for money transfer to India seeing that lucrative exchange rate ..they are not gonna transfer the money ..once you initiate transaction - they will somehow without telling you the reason - would make that transaction failed and would sit on your money for 7-10 days .. I have done a trial transaction and my money is stuck with them.. Pathetic customer service ..The marketing team is having campaign to onboard customers for remittance, but this can only support failed transactions.

3. I transferred money on June 1st after 10 days it shows transaction failed and they took money from my bank and they never returned the money back till date.

4. Left a couple of messages! No one has bothered to respond or resolve the issue! Lodging a complaint with CFPB now to get funds back.Reminds me of a famous movie Dialougue... YE KYA BAWASEER Bana diye ho bey? Both the Website and App are utter useless.

5. But they promise money will be deposited/ transfer in 2-3 days while initiating the transfer but they will not .

6. I am happy with what I was using before.Impressive deals and automatic cashback!!I'm always looking for ways to save money, and the Times Club app has helped me do just that.

7. STAY Away and STAY Safe.Abound's bot neither gives you an answer to your query nor connects to live agent ever.. lot of issues and overall looks like a spam kind of app.What the heck guys? The app doesn't even load after logging in.

8. The variety of deals available is impressive, and the cashback is a great incentive.They have offers, but I have not received any cash back on products I've purchased.

9. I will not advise to use the service.Shifty customer service! Do not have anyone to assist during US times.

1. Fix Abound Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Abound: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Abound App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Abound" » Open Abound: Send Money to India » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Abound » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Abound: Send Money to India app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Abound servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Abound: Send Money to India" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Abound app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Abound might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Abound. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Abound then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Abound not working

2. Fix Abound Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Abound be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Abound not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Abound may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
