1. lack of services , even you already scan the fares and music notify to driver lately he still asking did you pay yet ? Hello !?😶 👎The idea is great, however, the estimate waiting time including real-time location tracking of tuk tuk is terrible and never seem to be improved by developer.Not efficient.

When you purchase their trip package, it will take 15 mins to update, you cant use it rwCheap fares but direction and GPS very lack and not exculate , sometimes show up 1-2mins waiting but keep you waiting almost 15 mins up or sometimes GPS shów up the driver almost near by please prep yourself but the car just drive pass by you do not even care you re stand and keep waiting for so long.

3. GPS location and estimated time are inaccurate; it keeps customers waiting endlessly The Top-up experience is so slow to update especially on credit card payment.

4. This app would be perfect is more tuktuk driver is availableSuper convenient to move around the neighborhood and connect to BTS or MRT, the app is super easy to use and also the mascot is so cute!The estimated arrival time & GPS location is definitely unreal.

5. First time call tuk tuk via this app for sending my kids to school, the app shows my driver will arrive in 7-8mins, but end up he made so many trips before my booking and we wait more than half an hour standing under the heat.

6. Disappointed ! 1) Driver estimated time is not accurate 2) The map in the app is not good because I can't find my excent location to put into pick up point.

3. Clear MuvMi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MuvMi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MuvMi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MuvMi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MuvMi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MuvMi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MuvMi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MuvMi not working

2. Fix MuvMi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MuvMi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MuvMi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MuvMi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
