2. I also recommend that when you start drawing, it should hide all of the pens and tools and show them once you take your finger off the screen again.This is the whiteboard app I've been looking for.

3. I like how there is not an ad in front of the screen so you do know what you are drawing there, and I like how it has some main colours and then a pen that you can customize the colours, but there are other things that you cannot do.

4. Also, make the eraser a button on its own, it's annoying having to reclick it everytime I lift my pen off the screen, you should also add highlighters and a text button.

7. As it is, when I select "save as image", it shows (after presenting with Chinese dialog only, but I figured it out) the app settings where "Permissions" part is grayed out with the words "no permissions requested".

1. Fix Whiteboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whiteboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whiteboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whiteboard" » Open Whiteboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whiteboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whiteboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whiteboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whiteboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whiteboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whiteboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whiteboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whiteboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whiteboard not working

2. Fix Whiteboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whiteboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whiteboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whiteboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
