1. If anyone is having issues connecting to the cameras or controlling them in general you may want to make sure you have the right app for the dash cam you're using.Camera it self is great, all the app does is ask me to connect wifi then connect, then repeat over and over again in an infinite loop, with the ability to do absolutely nothing with the camera or media on the camera, 1 star for the ability to do nothing....Useless. I bought this camera specifically because you can connect to the app and its not working.

2. ROAV cams are cheese but Anker products are good.This app will not connect to the Rove Stealth 4k camera.

3. Will likely return camera if not fixed soon.A great little gadget for my car I love it the camera on it is super clear I would just leave it on at night time in my apartment parking lot because people were stealing and it helped me feel safeApp works very well with camera.

4. This camera supports 512GB tf card, use a Samsung Evo+ class 10, U3, save footage for more than a day at 4k, 2 days 1080 !! Don't confuse ROVE dashcams with ANKER - ROAV at WalMart.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ROVE Stealth 4K Issues

1. Fix ROVE Stealth 4K Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ROVE Stealth 4K: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ROVE Stealth 4K App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ROVE Stealth 4K" » Open ROVE Stealth 4K » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ROVE Stealth 4K » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ROVE Stealth 4K app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ROVE Stealth 4K servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ROVE Stealth 4K" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ROVE Stealth 4K app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ROVE Stealth 4K might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ROVE Stealth 4K. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ROVE Stealth 4K then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ROVE Stealth 4K not working


2. Fix ROVE Stealth 4K Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ROVE Stealth 4K be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ROVE Stealth 4K not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ROVE Stealth 4K may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
