Why should I report an Issue with Chitter - anonymous cha‪t‬?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Chitter.to Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

So u have to ssve their link beforehand when the bug happens.It's an okay app, but the random bans are annoying af I've been banned twice without having done anything wrongBarely get chance to press chat before it's gone! Least give people a chance! Also stop changing people for having a choice of who they talk to!Messages are not end to end encrypted gush so frustratingIt's not anonymous if you have to give the company personal info.

2. Pointless app in my opinionThis app is superb, I like the privacy.Nice to find friends and it even makes me feel confident in communication.App bugs a lot where convo ends with friends.

3. The first vile person who I thought was a parent as well, was asking for mums to talk to was in fact probably a paedophile, considering the message they sent me about my child.

4. It's a decent app but if you want to increase your chances of having better convos you have to pay to chat w/ the same or opposite sex but a good convo is still not guaranteed.

5. The influx of horny predatory creepy dudes as usual ruin apps like these and scare off the women users.

6. It's not even expensive but you might have to wait two weeks for Google to give you your pay code to verify your card which is annoying.

7. Have unistalled and do not recommend.Terrible app, if you don't pay yo speak to a certain sex then you go round the same 10 people and even then they don't speak and skip you.

1. Fix Chitter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chitter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chitter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chitter" » Open Chitter - anonymous cha‪t‬ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chitter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chitter - anonymous cha‪t‬ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chitter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chitter - anonymous cha‪t‬" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chitter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chitter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chitter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chitter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chitter not working

2. Fix Chitter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chitter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chitter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chitter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
