Inter&Co Customer Insights

1. Another thing is, if we now have a new "view", which is the pop up that shows up when you click on an asset, why wasting a huge space with a massive "Info box" saying things like "Profit/Loos" and "Average Price" are based on the asset's value at the moment of your purchase...". Why not just leave this info hidden on a ( ! ) small little icon-button and use that huge space to show a line graph with the change in the asset's price with a few filters like (Day) (Week) (Month) (Year) (5 Years)? Very simple changes that will add a lot of value to the platform (in my opinion).

2. I don't know why bank apps still don't implement it in 2023! I get blinded whenever I need to manage my finances in these apps.Very poor customer services, not much protection against thefts etc , still treats clients as criminals, terrible slow communication and deliveries, especially for the underdeveloped Brazil! Still gotta wait for lawsuitVery bad app, doesn't let you open am account.

3. We need to click on the asset's category, which I actually liked, but when you click and get the list of assets they no longer show profit/loss right away, you must click on a particular asset "card", wait a popup page to load and only then you have the information displayed.

Otherwise: skip and cancelThe app overall is good and intuitive, but in the last months I simply can't enter it, it's frustrating the app keeps closing over and over again, my phone is normal and all the other apps works but this one refuses to, please fix this.The app is good but the lack of a dark mode bothers me.

5. But it's very good, it's definitely worth having an account on it.Really nice bank, super fast device.Great app, but needs to stop logging me out while using the app.

7. The previous "face" for the investments menu was great, it was simple and basically almost all the info you needed was there.

8. Now though, it became very daunting to visualize super simple information such as profit/loss for each one of your assets.

9. Basically you need to go back and fourth individually clicking on each one of your assets to look if you're "making or losing money".

10. Those were my 2 cents! Have a great one.They said it was the best bank application, and I even agree, but it is very complex to understand.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Inter&Co Issues

1. Fix Inter&Co Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Inter&Co: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Inter&Co App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Inter&Co" » Open Inter&Co: Financial APP » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Inter&Co » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Inter&Co: Financial APP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Inter&Co servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Inter&Co: Financial APP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Inter&Co app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Inter&Co might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Inter&Co. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Inter&Co then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Inter&Co not working


2. Fix Inter&Co Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Inter&Co be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Inter&Co not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Inter&Co may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
