1. This free version has most but not all features; please consider buying Grapher Pro to enjoy awesome extensions such as parameter sliders and complex plotting! β’ Parametric (e. g. β’ 3D parametric surface (e. g. β’ Functions can reference each other, e. g.
2. A wide range of predefined functions is available, including trigonometric & hyperbolic functions, polar coordinates, differentiation and more.
3. Grapher is a fast and effective equation plotter, capable of drawing any function, solving equations and calculating expressions.
4. Note: Mathematical functions should be typed by their names, for example sqrt(x) means βx.
5. Furthermore, functions can reference each other by their name.
6. As I strive to make Grapher fit your needs, any feedback and bug-reports are greatly appreciated.
7. Anything you type will be processed and displayed instantly by a powerful math engine, in both 2D and 3D modes.
8. Hold a key to see all function names starting with that letter.
9. Especially if you're a student, teacher or engineer, this app is made with you in mind!
10. If something is unclear, be sure to check out the 'Help' page as all details are summarized there.
1. Thanks for the free service and here's a free virtual hug for the developers π€It's actually a little hard to use the app at first, like for plotting greatest integer function you have to write 'floor(x)'.well i will appreciate if this app can show me a detailed plot.like while using floor (sin(x)) if it could plot sin(x) and then could show the continuity of the function in a different colour, and you can add mathematical signs of certain functions for better usage.otherwise it's a great app.The application is so superb and awesome.
2. It has helped me a lot in my e-note preparation.Overall the best available in market......but, you should add an option to trace and restrict drawing region for the implicit functions also......you know there are plenty of functions which cannot be described explicitly, and so it is difficult to analyze those without having the above mentioned features...hope to see these in upcoming updates.......ππππI have a lot of mathematical and scientific software on my Android devices (Maxima, Reduce, Wolfram Mathematica, GeoGebra etc.) but for simple graphing functionality I always come back to this program.
3. Thanks to the devolopers for helping the students from making this app..Grapher rocks!!!! But one more suggestion actually two to add: (1)extension to complex domain.... (2) graph plotting of integration of function! Otherwise it's awesome! But with these it will reach awesomeness πno intrusive ads! The interface is smooth AF and the theme is well-thought of, which is a great plus.
4. πVery awesome app for students to see the function properties.. Specially for entrance students who need the detailed and exact graph with there values... No other apps can do this.
5. The ability to choose scale, the ability to plot both quadratic & linear graphs in one graph sheet, finding the roots the roots of quadratic & simultaneous equations.
6. It is good in drawing any 2D and 3D graphs but I find it difficult to draw the graph of implicit functions F(x,y,z)=0 where it is only programmed as Z=f(x,y).
7. Thank you very much! This app is just excellent! So many options for graphing and solving all kinds of equations and the graphics are excellent.
8. It's really hard to feed the students tasteless equations and harmful if they just memorize.
9. If I can't make them 'see' what those equations actually represent, I feel like I've let them down.
10. As a private tutor, this app is a very handy visualization tool for me.
11. Even has the ability to save a screenshot of the results.
