Why should I report an Issue with KUBET : Karaoke & Record?

Possibly some connectivity issue by the internet operator..This game is not the best for me it works perfectly fine for my sister but I have full bars and it takes 30 minutes to load and then tell me "I'm sorry kubet is not working right now" and I'm so mad 😡🤬 Please fix this if not I am deleting this app And there are so many ads to manyI tried recording a video in offline mode, but screen turned off and phone went to sleep mid song.

2. I don't know how what the developer said has to do with the problem I have.The App is great, except one major problem... It says "Headphones Recommended" But when I use the headphones for a video recording, it picks up my voice beutifully, but it is acapella, can't hear the music.

3. When I set the music volume to 50%, and don't use headphones, I can hear both my voice and the music, but the music sounds like a tape recorder, and my voice sounds tinny, like other apps I quit.My review 1.

4. But if I don't use the headphones, the music comes through great, but you can't hear me singing.

5. Everytime I stop recording a song or finish a song, it gives me a stupid ad.

6. Summer 2023 - Improvements have been made, great app except that you cannot go full screen for the words, everything else is perfect.

9. If you pick a song it automatically plays something different if it can't find it even though it shows in the list.

1. Fix KUBET Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KUBET: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KUBET App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KUBET" » Open KUBET : Karaoke & Record » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KUBET » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KUBET : Karaoke & Record app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KUBET servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KUBET : Karaoke & Record" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KUBET app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KUBET might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KUBET. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KUBET then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KUBET not working

2. Fix KUBET Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KUBET be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KUBET not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KUBET may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
