1. Try another service like Movistar or Claro.Whenever I try to recharge my credit, 90 % of the time it doesn't work no matter how many times I re-enter my card details.

2. Most of other contract channels which you are trying to connect have privacy settings to block incoming messages(Facebook/Twitter etc) When you are trying to contact with call center it appears that nobody speak EnglishI'm trying to open the app and is not working.

3. This was a recurring problem before, when I was unable to recharge more than 200 pesos at a time, but today it's just ridiculous! I have probably tried to recharge 100 different times, with three different cards, without any luck.

4. If this problem persists, I am changing my service provider in Argentina.It just doesn't work.

6. You have send me messages with interesting promotions, and when I topped up my phone and sent the codes - the reply is: sorry, we cannot realise your request at the moment.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mi Personal Flow Issues

1. Fix Mi Personal Flow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mi Personal Flow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mi Personal Flow App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mi Personal Flow" » Open Mi Personal Flow » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mi Personal Flow » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mi Personal Flow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mi Personal Flow servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mi Personal Flow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mi Personal Flow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mi Personal Flow might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mi Personal Flow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mi Personal Flow then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mi Personal Flow not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mi Personal Flow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
