Why should I report an Issue with Personal stickers for WhatsApp?

1. UPDATE: now that I migrated (it is almost a downgrade in my opinion...) to Android 11, the only folders that can be seen in list are those from internal storage, not from sd card, those images are only visible via creating an sticker pack manually.It's great, but it crashes very often.

2. But recently I just found out that it doesn't support animated (gif) stickers... Which is odd cause I've used them before via this app...... Not sure why it regressed but in this case I'll have to start looking for other sticker apps that works with animationsAmazing app to add your own images as stickers.

3. I am moving my whatsapp to a new phone (same phone number) and I had to go through the trouble of creating a group for myself to send the sticker files over to my new phone after realising that you can't share it any other way.

4. And when I try to create a sticker pack, it doesn't allow me to select the stickers I have, only full images.

5. It lets you add stickers to WhatsApp easily and nicely.It would be MUCH better if you could select folders for viewing, now the app is showing TONS of folders from another apps and I dont want them.

6. But it's kinda impossible to include all of the pictures bcs the app itself can't seem to detect all the folders needed for the stickers we wanted.So far, positive experience, the app does its job, no fuss, no drama.

7. Thanks.Super App.. Just one suggestion, It's just shows created by "You" when we click a sticker in WhatsApp, There should be an option to Add a customised text there... After the recent update we can add name to a sticker app.

8. Also, it's limited only for 30 stickers so you have to make a lot of different folders if you want to include all the stickers in the pack.

9. But it's absolutely awful that only 30 of my stickers are allowed to appear on WhatsApp, what makes send the stickers to myself through WhatsApp, delete them from this app and save as favourites as if they weren't mine.

10. Not that useful.The only way to share sticker files is through whatsapp.

1. Fix Personal stickers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Personal stickers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Personal stickers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Personal stickers" » Open Personal stickers for WhatsApp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Personal stickers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Personal stickers for WhatsApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Personal stickers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Personal stickers for WhatsApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Personal stickers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Personal stickers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Personal stickers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Personal stickers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Personal stickers not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Personal stickers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Personal stickers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
