1. Shadows Box, is a paranormal ITC research spirit box, designed with new technology to capture real time EVP, by using multi-layers of noise and human speech, generated from multiple sound and audio banks.

I bet that IF enough of consumers get together, contact a consumer right's attorney and bring a class action lawsuit against these a$$es in regards to their FALSELY representing their product, maybe they'll design a better app.Yea I'm getting voices but can't make it out and there's music with it most of the time.

5. Sounds like it's picking up radio stations.I assummed most of these phone apps wouldn't work but this one is amazing.

Thank you white light.I love connecting with the spirit world, and I also like to communicate with them as well...I just love all things paranormal.., I mean who wouldn't like it!?I tryed it it is the best one so far I asked questions and I actually got in contact with my great grandpa thatbhas been dead for years I would definitely recommend this to anyone who believes in the paranormal its said things only I would know about my grandpa I highly recommend using this app if u want awnsers and u have to be able to hear through the static at times but it really dose workEverytime you touched a button it went off.

1. Fix Shadows Box Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shadows Box: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shadows Box App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shadows Box" » Open Shadows Box - EVP Spirit Box » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shadows Box » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shadows Box - EVP Spirit Box app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shadows Box servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shadows Box - EVP Spirit Box" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shadows Box app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shadows Box might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shadows Box. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shadows Box then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shadows Box not working

2. Fix Shadows Box Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shadows Box be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shadows Box not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shadows Box may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
