Why should I report an Issue with zenly - your world?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ZENLY to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I think you will see almost everyone will change back because the latest map view is almost unusableChange the GUI back or give us the option to do classic GUI mode... Suggestion: make it easier to click on someone and find them on the map again, because I am required to open map and scroll all the way out and find their icon on the map and zoom in on them making this app useless compared to sharing locations to groups made with Google maps.

2. Please revert back or fix.I have been using this app for over a year and it was always easy to navigate and use different features.Plus the design was simple and functional.

3. Your app was perfect in the original state.Zenly use to be easy and pretty straight forward, but the latest 'update' changed that quite drastically.

4. Used to be useful, but now it's getting uninstalled.This app is supposed to map your world but when they stopped using Google maps, there is no way to see where your friends are...no locations are shown and it just sucks.

5. 🙈🙈🙈 Useless.Zenly was perfect, simple, and easy to use without clutter or unnecessary details.

6. 🙈 (with no map link 🙈🙈) You need to find chat, then the person, then click a small arrow without description in the corner, and then it will go to the map.

7. I used to love the app as family could track and make sure i was safe as I traveled to and from college across the state, however with the update this has change.

8. Even though there's not much infoon how to use any of the features from the start.I have been using zenly for a few years now.

9. Not only is the change in interface/UI unnecessary, with removal of features such as the talking emoji in the bottom corner when someone was typing, but its proven ineffective.

10. The feature showing the amount of time you've been in your current location is nice, but not always 100%.

1. Fix zenly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart zenly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the zenly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "zenly" » Open zenly - your world » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for zenly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear zenly - your world app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from zenly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "zenly - your world" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check zenly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, zenly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall zenly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall zenly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing zenly not working

2. Fix zenly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make zenly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to zenly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, zenly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
