Why should I report an Issue with BTS World - ARMY Amino for BTS?

Or you can add any other accounts like Twitter or instergram because some people don't have Facebook accounts.It had to be sign it many times but a very great app I loved it and if you are sign in it with Google it's easy to sign in every time and open i can do it for that cutest pics of bts so I love that app and by sign in many times we didn't forgot our password or Gmail too I loved it but solve this daily signup problem too but after all it I loved this app 💕💕The game is not opening.

2. What is happening!!!???? Plz fix the issue.I can't even sign in at all when I try to choose my email I can't do it please fix it,I also don't have a Facebook account.So fix thix.The app is really good ! But last days when I try to log in with google its says sign failed !!! Bruh just pls fix this problem :'(Very bad m not able to sign in n i also gave a feedback but no one was there to help very disappointing.

3. The creators claimed they fixed some bugs smhI can't sign up because when I tried to sign up from Google It says sign faild.

4. If you sign in with Google it is showing failed and if you sign in with Facebook it is still showing failed.

5. Stan NCT you cowardsI have a Google account and also a Facebook account but I can't log in to it even using both !!!!!.

6. Stop using Amino for clout, this isn't even an official community made by Amino Apps.

7. Every army I encounter nowadays is 10 years old and talks about how much they want to lick Jimin's abs and this app is full of those type of army's.

1. Fix BTS World Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTS World: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTS World App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTS World" » Open BTS World - ARMY Amino for BTS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTS World » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTS World - ARMY Amino for BTS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTS World servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTS World - ARMY Amino for BTS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTS World app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTS World might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTS World. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTS World then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTS World not working

2. Fix BTS World Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTS World be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BTS World not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BTS World may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
