Another request I have is a favorites menu, either favorite restaurants or favorite dishes.I hoped for the best, but seems they still have a very limited capabilities, I have several bad experiences with them, either lousy follow up,wrong orders delivered, or even a false gift coupons they offered as compensation for thier incompetence then cancelled in some dum way, the employees takes the critics personally which is unprofessional at all, hope you'll be better, but I'd rather pick my order myself than waiting double the time then receive apologies of closure or dont have the orderThe idea is brilliant, a much needed service in Palestine.

3. they have their own delivery drivers, and now they know my place and I'm enjoying the convenience of ordering from an app.The app is good, but there is some problems related to user experience, the arabic translation of the order statuses are not clear, the restaurant access to ask for the delay reason or give feedback is not intuitive, and few more1) Too many bugs.

4. One thing I'd love to see: The list before I order has the prices shown next to every item but after ordering I'm given a list with no prices, which isn't really helpful, would be great if that too had the prices shown.

5. overall the service is great, they're quite fast and it is very convenient to be able to order food from an application and not have to worry about explaining where I live.

1. Fix Yummy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yummy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yummy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yummy" » Open Yummy: Food Grocery Palestine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yummy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yummy: Food Grocery Palestine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yummy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yummy: Food Grocery Palestine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yummy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yummy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yummy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yummy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yummy not working

2. Fix Yummy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yummy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yummy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yummy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
