1. Today it's well past 5 days and still can't access it, they told me to contact their CS but the problem is they don't have it on their website while I can't do it in the app itself either, never ever I had a problem of getting a help with an app like this beforeReally nice app, however the wallets keep acting up, funds take forever to arrive even after the transaction has cleared in their respective Blockchain according to the Blockchain explorer no wallet i have ever used take so long.

2. I would recommend staying away from this app and please do not deposit your own crypto.Funds take too long to arrive on the platform even though they are already cleared on the blockchain exp, swapping is very slow.

3. Can't wait for the eBay and other shopping platform integration!! Not sure if it's just my phone but keeps crashing on start up and won't open after install.

4. (Update) issues seem to have been resolved wallets seem to be now working seamlessly.I sold something and never received my funds.

6. Whenever I attempt to move my Solana back to my main wallet, apparently the transaction "fails" but this does not even reflect on the blockchain because there is no transaction at all.

7. But it's missing a few things i liked for example: more search options, the wish list page, and the information about the creator or artist is no longer visible, i also would like to see copyright information like mintable.Well set up.

8. Stuck on auto compounding even tho I want to withdraw those funds.

9. Added some Solana as well which is now stuck on their platform, unable to withdraw.

10. Customer service are useless and dont pay attention to your issues and just send you generic responses which are hugely frustrating.

11. Maybe to do with login a start-up? No doubt a simple bug fix.😃Staked XCUR and it's now stuck, no way whatsoever to unstake.

1. Fix Curate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Curate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Curate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Curate" » Open Curate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Curate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Curate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Curate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Curate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Curate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Curate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Curate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Curate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Curate not working

2. Fix Curate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Curate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Curate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Curate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
