1. How many others are seeing incorrect information/being lied to? I hope a better app comes out soon.I would love to give Staker App a higher rating, looks pretty and used to work but since the latest update I am unable to process any transactions on my wallet.

2. Was the app even tested before the update was published? Edit: After rebooting my phone (to finish installing Carrier Services update) everything is working correctly now.I appreciate the effort that went into V2, but I'm bummed that the ROI estimator was removed from the staking tool, and also that the current staking APY was removed from the app entirely.

3. What will make 5 stars is making the Hex stats visible on the front page again (Sold, staked, number staked) as well as returning wallet performance.

4. I have a support request in on the in app chat AND from the web site AND have reached out on Twitter and after two days there is still no response.Staker updated to allow 3 external wallets to be tracked.

5. I have stakes ending, and I can't do anything out about I have to go use other platforms to good accounting and end them! I wish I just left my stakes on the go hex site from the beginning!The original version of the app worked brilliantly.

6. However, since the recent update (April 2023) most of it doesn't work and I am unable to see the correct stats for my staked Hex.

7. The new version of Staker also frequently tells me I only have $16 in my wallet lol: I then check on-chain to find that no, I have not been hacked.

8. requesting a refund from google play.Totally unreliable app and support just beats around the bush- keeps asking the same redundant questions?.. doesnt actually fix the issue.

9. I went through the wallet setup all the way through paying the $10 to activate but then got an error saying it couldnt verify my purchase.

10. The values constantly look wrong, there are absolutely no updates to the product documentation... Simple customer service and support has really faltered.

11. I was charged for the wallet but the app still stays stuck on the "purchase wallet" screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Staker Issues

1. Fix Staker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Staker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Staker App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Staker" » Open Staker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Staker » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Staker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Staker servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Staker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Staker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Staker might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Staker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Staker then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Staker not working


2. Fix Staker Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Staker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Staker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Staker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have been contacting support for over 12 days trying to get clarity as to why I cannot remove or transfer my funds. The app states that all messages "will be responded to within 6 hrs" yet here I am being penalized and losing money to "past stake" dues with no response communication or clarification as to how to navigate this situation. i have been patient and understanding throughout this process but now the system I trusted with my funds is leeching me dry without any communication. Is there a better point of contact I can speak with about this issue, or are they all like "Steff from staker"? (non existant). Thanks

I started the set-up process and received the message " Your Smart Wallet is being set-up. You'll receive a notification once it's ready (within 2 hours). It's been over 24 hours now. So what's going on?

Hello, I have sent some HEX in this direction 0x7394ac48f38182245bc407dbd1f8a9dac0f44150 To bainance Ethereum and I think it is not compatible, i still have my hex in the app when i add this direction but i can not use them looks like they are stuck in i dont know where and I have not received anything and now I don't know how to get them back, can you help me?

Hello, I did the setup progress until step 1/3, I have paid the fee of 0,003 ETH and copied the transaction hash in step 3. IN the Etherscan.io the status says that the transaction was a success (no: 0x0c9b0696ce6d75ee495c36045476f24ad2318d7766fe707c063f48bfe9c5bc45) But is the staker app it says my smart wallet has been requested and that I will receive notification within 2 hours, that was 10 hours ago. Can you fix this and make sure my wallet is recognized and the my staker app works so I can stake my crypto, thank you.

I setup my smart wallet. When I was granted my smart wallet I noticed it automatically setup my Hex shares that I already staked previously in my metamask wallet as other addresses, there was also another legacy address there. When I transferred my 1.04 ETH from my voyager account over I thought I sent it over to my new smart wallet but it went to one of the other ETH legacy wallets. I see the amount there but I can’t stake with it. How do I move it over to my smart wallet? I want to send a screenshot.
