I've called customer care, send emails and chat WhatsApp to see how I can be assisted concerning this issue but my calls are never answered, emails were never responded too and my chats on WhatsApp has been on read countless timesAwesome experience! Very smooth first transaction (electricity token purchase).

3. I didn't hesitate before giving the 5 stars.The app doesn't work properly anymore, I can't pay for my dstv even though I have money in my accountThis app has no customer care agent to attend to queries and complaints.

4. Kindly refund all that has been deducted.Like i said over and over... Do not download this app, To think that the stupid customer care lady hung up on me, she told me "goodbye Mr", and hung up.

1. Fix PayPaddi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PayPaddi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PayPaddi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PayPaddi" » Open PayPaddi - Gotv Dstv BuyPower » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PayPaddi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PayPaddi - Gotv Dstv BuyPower app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PayPaddi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PayPaddi - Gotv Dstv BuyPower" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PayPaddi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PayPaddi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PayPaddi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PayPaddi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PayPaddi not working

2. Fix PayPaddi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PayPaddi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PayPaddi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PayPaddi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
